Yesterday I found out that my clients don’t know how digestion works, and therefore they guess at how to eat… Because this seems to be the general picture, that people never learned about digestion, I see that I need an emergency article…

Scientific name for your “how” is Conation. It is innate, and it is NOT changeable.

Regardless… I have been looking at taming my own… I find that it is not tamable. It is what it is.

But I have come to suspect that what you do after you do what your Conation makes you do is when the magic happens.

You see, all people belong to three types. People who make things happen, people who watch things happen, and people who wonder what happened. But

That’s a loaded question, but it’s a valid question.

I have done a lot of observation and thinking on this.

I have come to the conclusion that the core issue is stinginess that results in scarcity thinking and scarcity behavior.

I will list a few variations: I am sure that you’ll find yourself…

This is how it goes:

  1. You don’t quite know what you want from your life. So you postpone doing anything until you know… which is never.
  2. You know what you want to achieve, what you want from your life, but there is no path that you can see. You

They tell you to read… so you go and read junk! What does it do to your life?

The Belly-Fat of Ignorance

If you feed your body processed food… you get belly fat, sluggish, and your body won’t be a fine-tuned machine, serving you.

If you feed your brain with processed information, your brain gets the same way: clogged, filled with junk… huge belly fat of ignorance.

What is processed information? It’s second hand information, Tree of Knowledge, filtered through someone else’s brain, for a purpose…

In food you need unprocessed food: so you can be sure what you are eating is an original. You process it and make your own body from it.

To get what you want, you have to deserve what you want. The world is not yet a crazy enough place to reward a whole bunch of undeserving people.

I am continuing the inquiry into curiosity… the intrinsic motivation of humans… how you lost it, how to rekindle it… and what might be in the way.

I am going to use myself, because curiosity is so rare, and so relatively unconscious, unobserved, and unacknowledged, that I don’t even know who I could ask about their own experience… Let’s hope that this state of affairs will change soon.

Ignorance in health matters is killing you

granny with flexibility ((No, that amazingly flexible lady isn’t me: I was never that flexible, not even when I was in kindergarten, or ballet)) I don’t know if I have the right to talk about ignorance about health… in this particular area… because I have been ignorant for a long time now, myself.

Before I moved here, where I live now, I used to go to the gym or a personal trainer 2-3 times a week.

In my younger, school years I was an athlete, a gymnast, a swimmer, and in the past 13 years I was counting on the muscles I developed over the years… and… here is the ignorance, I didn’t comprehend that my muscles atrophied.
