Abilities that are not available until your health number is above 50%

Survival-ModeWhen you are not well, you are in survival mode. Everything is an is, and the questions you ask are from that “is”.

When you are well, you can start to ask different questions, that widen your cone of vision, that deepen your field of depth perception.

Questions like:

What am I missing here? What else could I/should I be asking?
What am I not looking at? What is outside of my survival, business as usual narrow cone of vision?

But there is a caveat: Even after people getting healthy or healthier (above 50%), changing habits, even though you can, doesn’t come naturally.

Survival mode is most recognized by the narrow cone of vision.

It takes tweaking to get things right… including your diet

individual... with a brain to useI find that most people want to be mindless… Get a solution and never look again, never think again.

Tai calls this: an experiment run too long.

But for most people experiments are non-existent. They want to live their lives as puppies or kitties… not as humans.

Why is that? you ask… whether you are one of “most people” or one of the few who are individuals.

To answer that why question,

  • You may look at how you were brought up.
  • You may look at how you were educated to be sheep.
  • You may look at that as character defect.
  • You may blame this or that…

The truth is simpler and more sinister than any of those you have already thought of.

Arrogance.

arrogance is looking down... comparisonI have been dealing with arrogance in my students.

Arrogance is unearned boastful superiority.
Most people don’t know, don’t care because they themselves are not achievers… but you can have confidence that is justified by your accomplishments, your superior knowledge.

To the uninitiated, they look and sound the same. But they aren’t. You only need to scratch the surface.

I have detected a certain ancestral commonality in that behavior.

And have been pondering why and how and for what purpose are certain nationalities arrogant.

What does the “good food” you eat do to your body?

alzheimers-brain-image_largeMost people’s health number is at or under 10%. Same is the hydration number… at or under 10%. The more you know about your nutrition, the lower is your number.

I know a “star” nutritionist whose number is 5%. Both the health and hydration numbers.

I have found only a few exceptions with higher numbers.

I mean a few… People who are working with me on their health… plus a long time student, plus a long time friend, plus Dr. Joel Wallach.

Want to be high vibration? Leave the basement of your being… get well.

kids-playingI woke up this morning. For the second day in a row, I am bursting of energy, more energy than I know what to do with.

I have been sorting my laundry. I have been cleaning the stove top, the sinks… doing things the I turned away from before, because I didn’t have anything to give it.

I went for a quick walk yesterday.

I am getting a lot more done even in my business.

I am starting to get some realizations that I did not expect.

For one: humanity is not ready to raise their vibration.

You are trying to put the cart in front of the horses.

You are worrying about the wrong thing. About the trip to the penthouse… but you are in the basement, and the elevator doesn’t go down there.

Raise your vibration? It’s a Hero’s Journey

If you are here, I know a thing or two about you.

One of the most important things I know is that you are smart. That you have earned to be here. You have tried a lot of other teachers or gurus or methods or tools to get what you want: more energy, better decisions, more love, more peace, a sense of meaning in your life.

There is no way to throw a dart and get to the right solution, every mistake you make, every wrong turn, wrong decision, believing false promises, falling pray to money-sucking gurus or cults have caused you to get here, zig-zag.

The more often you have been disappointed, the more hopeless it seemed, the more of your funds were eaten up, the smarter you have become, and the more ready you have become to actually see your way, do your work. You haven’t given up. Good.

Netflix addiction

And Netflix, or actually the shows can become addictive.

I watch Netflix almost every day. A number of shows start out OK, but turn addictive around season 4.

You notice that you became addicted if you are craving it, thinking about it, wishing it were already that time of the say when you can watch it.

The shows became addictive, according to what I’ve seen, when there is plot change that turns the show into more of a soap opera than independent episodes.

Soap operas were always addictive. But starting a show as a soap opera is counter productive: intelligent people aren’t attracted, off the cuff, to inane twists and turns of the plot.

The Juice Exercise: what gives you “juice” in life?

what-makes-life-juicyI have been coaching people for many years now. The goal was always to take people on a journey to become their best Self.

Now, the task is easier when someone knows who they are. When someone has a Self.

Most people don’t. They have a persona for each group they interact with, the family persona, the student persona, the friend, the gossiper, the entertainer, the this and the that.

Those personas (roles you play) are not you. They were created by a perceived demand in the circumstances, a perceived demand in the environment.

They leave you empty, they leave you being jerked by the shoulds, and have to’s and the wants… like a puppet on a string.

You sense that you have no control, you sense that you are not you… a vague sense.
