20 years ago I had my first entrepreneur value profile done.
It was some 30 pages long… a lot of English. But it said something like: I don’t work well through others…
Bummer…
A year or two later I got my certification to become a value profile consultant. Then I learned to see all that the 30 page said in English (meaning lots of words) at a glance on a grid.
My starting point measurements is a lot like that grid. It is more meant for the coach/consultant to know how to guide you, than for you to enjoy reading to indulge your delusional self.
I have an older blog that is attacked by hackers every week. They install malware… so I don’t want you to go there…
It’s an old website, more than 10 years ago it was my main blog. Most of it is still useful. ((I have read an interview with Jeff Bezos the other day, or was it a youtube video, can’t remember. He was asked a question about the future. He said something incredibly insightful, and something most people can’t even hear!
He said that the question to ask is this: What will remain the same?
Most people try something new, something shiny, something that is a new trend.
But real winners learn what works and what will work now, ten years from now, a hundred years from now. And
The paradigm we live it has no access to happiness… no bridge, no path, no door… We are locked into unhappiness
I just hung up with my friend from university. ((Budapest Technical University, Architecture School, Class of 1971.)) Frenzied gossiping about Trump and the hopelessness of the future… Just like we would have done during the Second World War… An activity (gossiping, complaining, blaming, etc.) that will make no difference. But what will? What could?
I have to admit, this conversation lead to a turning point for me… and if and when I turn about-face, I can lead you to do the same… The turning wasn’t instant. But it is done. I am happy again.
I have been doing, for the past 4-5 hours, what I haven’t done, ever, since I’ve been writing articles.
The game has changed, and I cannot speak my mind as I used to: Free Speech, the First Amendment, hasn’t been officially lifted, but it will be… all signs point to a police state… a racist country… fascism.
So it is dangerous to speak… already. Articles on the internet are there for the duration…
The other reason I have been thinking is this: a strategy is needed to turn around the unfortunate coming to power of the Rich and uncaring.
And it seems to me that strategy is the weak point of humanity… people can only think one or maybe two
Soul correction… if it is accurate and really something recognizable, then you should be able to tell someone’s soul correction without knowing their birth date.
Of course you need to know the person well.
This is exactly what happened this morning.
I found an email in my inbox recommending an article on what Tony Schwartz, Donald Trump’s “The Art of The Deal” book’s ghostwriter has to say now that the Republican’s make Donald Trump their presidential candidate. What is the paralyzing factor that is responsible for producing such low results in any type of program?
The normal result is 1~2%, and an extraordinarily successful course with lots of handholding can clock a 7% result.
And this result does not see to depend on the amount of schooling people have, or the average IQ…
This afternoon I listened in to a webinar orientation of the marketing course I am taking. As I said, the course is two thousand dollars, ten weeks, and it started yesterday.
Its bulk was answering questions. And the questions were a dead giveaway why people don’t succeed in the courses they take:

I have been dealing with arrogance in my students.
Arrogance is unearned boastful superiority.
Most people don’t know, don’t care because they themselves are not achievers… but you can have confidence that is justified by your accomplishments, your superior knowledge.
To the uninitiated, they look and sound the same. But they aren’t. You only need to scratch the surface.
I have detected a certain ancestral commonality in that behavior.
And have been pondering why and how and for what purpose are certain nationalities arrogant.
