Mental Representation… an incredibly useful distinction and an incredibly rare capacity
I loved the book ‘Peak, the new science of expertise’, until almost the very end. Then I got angry.
Somewhere around 90% of the book I noticed that he uses an expression, a phrase, that means something to him, the author, but meant nothing to me.
Now I know how you feel when you read my articles…
The expression he used was “Mental Representation“.
Almost all of my students lost some or all of their new capacities over the holidays whenever their holidays were (Eastern Orthodox celebrate weeks after the Western Christian churches). Two of them got them back without much help. The rest are struggling.
What is it about the holidays that are so detrimental to your vibration, to your dreams and aspirations?

One thing to examine: how come the ones that got them back, got them back… I mean the capacities?

I wonder why people, sellers, are afraid to tell the truth… That it takes work to get from A to B in anything, and to get from A to Z, where mastery is, you need a lot of work…
People buy my stuff… Even though I honestly tell the uncomfortable truth: without you doing your part, none of my stuff works… except maybe the Heaven on Earth… aka HOE.
But then again, they either don’t hear me or don’t believe me…

Most things that happen inside you, inside Team-YOU, (Team You: body: feelings/emotions, mind, soul, ego, subconscious, history/ancestry, cells/DNA, self/identity, Self, consciousness)) are below your conscious awareness.
Most of the abilities, most of the DNA capacities I activate, need you to get aware of the happenings inside you, or you’ll lose out.
What do I mean “lose out”?
When you pay $25 for the activation of a capacity, an ability becomes available to you. If you don’t use it, you lose the $25. But what more you lose depends on the game you play in life.
