Spirituality uses different tools than the mind, the world

approximationSpirituality, finding your way, finding your self, the path to living a life worth living use different tools from science, schools, the mind, and ordinary thinking.

Not just different tools, but tools used differently.

If you haven’t found what you are seeking… if your seeking has taken you on a wild goose chase only to find nothing of value for yourself… then you owe it to yourself to learn to use the tools and to use them in new ways.

My very first exposure to this was 31 years ago, in Hebrew, and I was shamed right after I got the exposure… so I don’t even know if anything came out of it, because I cried for two hours.

Why getting well is so difficult for us, people without a Self

AR-150519989-croppedThere is never a better time to experience what you experience, than right when you experience it.

This morning I was hit with a strong feeling of despair, loneliness.

I didn’t have time to hang out with it, I was in the middle of something. I wanted to shoo it away, and I also wanted to indulge in it.

But then I decided to just feel it, acknowledge it, and let it go. I paid attention to what it said… nodded, wept a little, and let it go.

Is this familiar to you? I didn’t think so. You don’t know who you are, and you don’t want to find out.

There are many reasons you don’t know yourself.

How context can unify a fragmented life and make it a seamless life?

fragmented-lifeIt is time to rewrite the book, Truth versus Falsehood, on muscle testing, measuring for truth, and other practices that most everybody uses to cover up that they don’t know. To cover up that they are amateurs out to get your money.

So who has to write it? Me… and I don’t like to write long things: I am a really short article type person.

People tell me that you write long things the way you write short things… but I don’t know if this is true.

So maybe I have to do what Osho did for 30 years:

The law of cycles

The Law of Cycles… an excerpt from Dan Millman’s book: the life you were meant to live

The world of nature exists within a larger pattern of cycles, such as day and night and the passing of the seasons. The seasons do not push one another: neither do clouds race the wind across the sky; all things happen in good time; everything has a time to rise, and a time to fall. Whatever rises, falls, and whatever falls shall rise again: that is the principle of cycles.

Patience is power: with time and patience, the mulberry leaf becomes silk. CHINESE PROVERB

Different forms of energy vibrate at different rates; like a river, energy flows from a higher to lower levels, moving through repeating cycles, expanding and then contracting, like our breathing.

Since everything in the universe is a form of energy, everything falls within the domain of the Law of Cycles: Sunrise and sunset, the waxing and waning moon, the ebb and flow of the tides,

Starting to see the path, and maybe even the steps needed

the fog that covers the path, the process is liftingI am starting to see that this missing capacity: the capacity to see a process ((noun: process; plural noun: processes
a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.
“military operations could jeopardize the peace process”
synonyms: procedure, operation, action, activity, exercise, affair, business, job, task, undertaking
“investigation is a long process”)) , design a process, to have a strategy, is what’s missing to take me out of the one woman band existence.

  • You can’t deleg

The hardest thing, it seems, for any human, is to let go of control.

1526981_10152147561883685_291845534_nJust think how hard it is to let go and pee, when people are, maybe, watching. Falling asleep in a new environment.

But… when you are controlling, your are shrinking. When you let go of control: you are expanding.

There are so many things to control: with your control of the few things you know, your breathing, your thoughts… you take yourself out of life, take yourself to a place, where life dies with your control.

In you, and around you.

There is an exercise they make you do in leadership classes. Two people face each othe

Spiritual Practice: Angry? Frustrated? Anxious? Ask: Does this benefit me?

anxiety-and-careerYou get angry, you get frustrated, you get anxious, you get jealous… you name it, the emotions pop up and you have nothing to do about them.

But… and this is a BIG but: A normal emotion comes and goes, like clouds on a windy day. Com and go… sunny, cloudy, sunny, cloudy.

Emotions and feelings are energies, and energy’s nature is to move. If they don’t, you have the static electricity thing going: and because energy MUST move, it will explode… like lightening.

You just have to hold onto the emotion by resisting it.

After all most emotions don’t f

Updated: Is the desire for perfection really a desire for perfection? Perfection vs. Integrity

perfection is a racketThis is a good question to chew on, observe, test out, for a True Empath.

The fate of humanity, and your personal well-being, evolution, raising your vibration, depends on your relationship to perfection.

How? Perfection is imposed. Perfection comes from your relationship with something outside of yourself. It’s a comparison, and you live in a constant fear of “falling from grace”, falling short of perfection. The rules are set by others with an agenda. The agenda isn’t overt: in fact, it is a manipulative agenda. The goal is to keep you out of balance, keep you failing, keep you suppressed, keep you small and de

Awakening: the one practice that takes you all the way to enlightenment

The illusion of progress
I had a rude awakening this morning. The illusion of progress, the illusion of doing something that works hasn’t left me untouched either.

In my coaching session this morning I woke up, I woke up from my illusion. The illusion that people understand what it takes to grow, what it takes to become an expanding human being, the illusion that people know anywhere what the work entails.

I think this illusion is shared by quite a few teachers, but not being alone is not a consolation, it’s just a fact.
