Life’s real purpose is self-actualization

Self-actualization is the process of becoming all you can become.

Who is to argue that ultimately that is what we all need. Innately!

There are two non-physical needs, according to Margoczi in the Feelings book.

  • The need to fulfill others’ expectations of us, and
  • the need to fulfill our own expectations of ourselves. Ultimately, optimally, what we can do… the realistic expectations.

According to my observations, most of us confuse the two, collapse the two. And by confusing the two, we get trapped into some standards, some ideals, that are d

Positive thinking and learned helplessness

Why do I fight positive thinking, why am I trashing it?

This morning I got to a realization: the students who are not making strides, not moving higher on the evolutionary scale are the students that are confusing ‘there is nothing wrong in reality’ with positive thinking.

Positive thinking says: avoid negativity. Turn your back to it. Make up something nice to say about things you don’t like, don’t want.

The French has a saying: The more things change the more things remain the same.

This is a principle: true in every area of life.

If you hate something, dislike something, you want to change it. Why? because you don’t like it. Because it is wrong. So y

ess

ess stands for Evolutionary Stable Strategy.

It is a balance of forces that want to tear down life, and forces that want to build it.

It is neither good nor bad… but in my experience, it prevents you from growing. Before you can grow, you must upset the ess… and force it to move to a higher level.

Growth happens through a series of upset… new ess.

The best example I see in my work is the way Source guides me to advise my health clients… The first diet I give them is not going to make them much healthier but after a series of upset… new ess I can take them all the way up to 70%, the highest I have been able to take anyone.

The ess method of nature is the method of zig-zag… that takes us to the strait and narrow.

What can make you, force you to come out of the cave?

It was 1979. I was 32 years old. The ambulance was using its blue lights and the siren to rush me to the hospital. Of course it was Sunday… no doctors…

X-ray… it wasn’t clear what was wrong. I was in and out of consciousness. Internal bleeding.

From the person who was in the operating room, the huge red haired Russian doctor, 6 foot 5 or so, I knew I was on gynecology… She was dressing in to do surgery on me.

A young doctor, maybe a resident, set by me all night, holding my hand… I was moaning and carrying on all night… I was told.

In the end I was buried under six comforters: I was cold and shivered uncontrollably. Losing copious amount of blood can do that to you.

As you ca

Goals and values

We are taught by most everyone to set goals. But goals are a double edged sword.

Let’s see why? A goal is a specific measurable tangible PUBLIC result, set in time. What result by what time…

Getting happier, making more money, etc. are not goals, they are yearnings.

If we wanted to turn them into goals, they would look like this:

  • Every day, at 5 pm, you would see me with a big smile on my face, although I would not be at a happy hour…

and

  • At next April 15, my taxable income will have risen 15,000 dollars compared to last year’s taxable income.

Goals are good, but more often than not, they are misery makers.

We all want to manifest our wants and needs. We all want miracles. We all want some divine assistance to solve our problems. But…

How to Manifest Anything or the Missing Piece of the Law of Attraction Puzzle: Desire or How to Be in Vibrational Harmony With Money, Love, and Success

Some religions preach to you to suppress your desires. They say that it’s the root of all evil. Maybe even a sin. Christianity, Buddhism… to mention the ones I know. Kabbalah teaches you to awaken desire, that is how to manifest anything.

The question is:

The rudderless, directionless, low energy, and the floater

I had a conversation the other day with my core group. They felt to me rudderless, directionless, low on energy… like a floater.

What’s a floater, you ask? A floater is like stork sh!t… floats in the air and occasionally drops on the ground. Storks are known to poop while in the air… their poop dries out and starts its own rise and fall journey with the air stream… no innate motive power. A floater is like that.

So the crucial question to ask ‘what gives you innate motive power?‘ Because I can tell you, the difference between life as stork sh!t and a person are different like night and day.

But what are the states of no inner motive power… let’s look.

Directionless means that I have no d

If you buy stuff, start stuff because you see where it can take you, but shortly after you run out of steam, and drop it, because suddenly it doesn’t feel important, or doesn’t inspire you, you may want to attend my free Talk To Me webinar on Wednesday, February 28. 4 pm…

I will teach you a new way to look at where you are, what you are accomplishing, so you can maintain a high enough enthusiasm so you can take a project to its culmination, to a place where you actually benefit from it.

I’ll teach you what about how you view a project, a goal, a dream disempowers you and fills you with self-doubt, and maybe even despair.

Or maybe fear?

The Anatomy Of Guidance: Ask For Guidance And Get The Guidance. Bagdad Cafe

spiritual guidance not liquor guidanceGuidance: How to Ask And Get Guidance

I have been asking for guidance, ever since I discovered that I can.

According to Kabbalah, an 6000-year body of knowledge, the mistake I need to correct in this lifetime is thinking and behaving like there is nothing and no one who can know better than me.

My life had been, before my discovery, an exact match to that behavior, not very attractive, is it?

I had never asked for guidance, never listened to coaching, never supposed that anyone knew me, or my life better than myself.

In spite of the fact that I had paid out over 100K for counseling and coaching over the years. Most

Fear in reality vs fear in the cave… Are they different?

Every living thing must have fear or they would be dead already… meaning the species. Fear is a useful warning that life is dangerous, and every species is the food of another one.

So we have a reason to be afraid. In reality. Animals, cars, other people… all good reasons.

In reality fear is like a nudge.

It lasts for a few moments. If you don’t pay attention: it will nudge you again. If the danger continues and you ignore the signs, it now turns the nudging on high.

In the cave it is totally different. In the cave your fear is almost totally continuous.

Because in the cave reality and the idea of reality are not distinct, not separate, and you are insulated and separated from what is real.
