What does reading your email do to you…

I am working on something important to me. In fact two things I have two things I am working on: what I teach and how to put myself in the position to have more people to teach… These are important things to me.

So I get up, as always, shuffle to my computer, make my first come of tea with hemp and butter, and tackle my students’ emails…

But then I make a mistake. I look at my email from Medium, and I can feel as I am being dragged away from what is important to me. I am not on the strait and narrow… I am on someone else’s agenda.

And although that agenda may be informative, helpful, close to mine… it is still their agenda… and the further I go from what is important to me, the harder it will be to find my

Who do you like? Who do you love? Who is the one loving?

WHO IS IT that your puppy loves?Or here is another question for you: Who are you?

If you asked back: What do you mean? you did the smart thing. Because the question: who are you? can be asked from so many vantage points, we can spend hours exploring that.

This is one of the things you learn to do when you are in my coaching program, Reclaim.

In that program I use Tai Lopez audios, 67 audios, 67 steps, about 100 different ways to ask a question, to look at life, including your life.

I don’t like Tai Lopez, but I like what his program is doin

On growing as a person, on getting guidance, on learning

bits and pieces on growthI wrote this article five years ago. I never published it… Enjoy.

  • I am using my squeamishness to learn from it.
  • How I find the next leg of our journey.
  • I turn a controversy into a guidance.
  • How I keep on growing… and you could too… but you forget to do it.

I always take a mental note when I quit watching a certain movie. A movie that until that point I liked…

Today that diligence in watching has led me to a rule, and a principle I didn’t know about.

I am trying to remove a rule every day… this is a new practice I’ve started)

I can’t tolerate, can’t watch, can’t stomach someone pu

The boy in striped pajamas – propaganda for what?

the boy in the striped pajamasThe boy in striped pajamas… I must be off my rockers, right?

If you have been reading my articles for any length of time, you know that movies are a fertile ground for me to see stuff about myself, about the nature of ego, etc.

This article I am going to write about The boy in the striped pajamas

Why? I trust my inner voice, and my inner voice has been doing two things today: made me sing the “Amazing Grace” and ponder about the ending of that movie.

So, what’s up with that movie? Great title, eh, the boy in striped pajamas, who would not want to watch that?!

Ever since I read the Ayn Rand book, Atlas Shru

The Quiver of Clarity in many many many words…

PS: Here is an email I got from a fellow coach, Terry Dean.

It’s brilliant, and although he never says the word ‘clarity’, the whole article is about clarity. Awareness. And accuracy. Read it. it’s good read.

I also identify with what he says what is his strength as a coach: being able to see what’s missing, and what is amiss… Amiss = not quite right; inappropriate or out of place.

  • He has a Mentoring Club, where he talks, and the members listen.
  • I have a coaching program that is daily individual conversations between me and the paying member.
  • Two different styles of coaching.
  • The result, alas, depends 100% on the person being coached. On their awareness, on their accuracy, and on their clarity. And, of course on their implementation, aka actions.

OK… here is the email he sent:

Last week I was talking to one of my clie

What are beliefs? And what keeps you from what you want?

Is there really such a thing as a belief?

One of the things that keep you stuck is the language that you use.

One of the words that definitely hand over the reins to someone else is the word belief.

I, personally, argue that such a thing even exists.

Approaching life, approaching reality, approaching tasks with inadequate tools, antiquated tools will lead to disaster, and that is where you, most of you, find yourself.

Lots of words, lots of books, lots of talking, but no advancement. Neither personally, nor as a race.

As a true empath, I actually see why.

You and everything you read is stuck on the surface. On the seeming working of th

Intrinsic Values and Your Vibrational Frequency

intrinsic values are like a diamond's facetsIn the All-That-Is vibration, which is the highest accessible to human beings, you’ll find all the intrinsic values, just like in a perfectly polished diamond, all facets of the diamond reflect the perfection of the whole.

What can raise your vibration? The mirror effect

In this article, we’ll need to distinguish three things:

1. what are intrinsic values
2. what you complain about others shows something fundamental about you
3. what you are, you attract

What are intrinsic values?

Intrinsic values (I use this as an ethical term) are the many qualities, capacities and feelings one would strive for, although they do not produce or provide

I sent out an email the other day. here is the whole email:

Is building confidence a topic you like?

I have been looking at topics that may be of interest to you, and so far, I have settled on building confidence…

Do you agree that if you had more confidence, you’d do more, you’d have more fun, you’d accomplish more, you’d feel better about yourself?

Please hit reply and let me know what you think.

There are no right answers, and there are no wrong answers. Only YOUR answer that matters to me.

Emotions are guidance… emotional turmoils, emotional upheavals are even more

it comes back to haunt you until you are don with itIt is the natural state of an Expanding Human Being to experience no emotions for hours, maybe even days at a time.

Emotions are a response to life, to danger, and should be momentary and responded to. Not the continuous torturous emotional states you are experiencing.

When something evokes a strong emotional response, fear, disgust, there is something you need to deal with. Something that is out of whack, something that is unfinished business, suppressed, swept under the rug, and threatens to throw you out of you equilibrium, your peace of mind.

Of course, for most people life is going from emotional turmoil to emotional turmoil, but it doesn’t change what I said: emotional turmoil is an indic

How to live a life that is an experiment?

How to live a life that is an experiment, so you never get upset, or if you do, not for long.

Yesterday I really didn’t mean to experiment. It was a workshop I have run many times, easy peasy, done and I can go back to doing what I was doing… but no, this is not how it turned out.

In the 3-wishes workshop you can make three wishes. The catch is: they all need to be about money. Stupid thing… but that is how it is going to drive up something.

The idea is that at the first round you only think of yourself… the second round you may think of your community, your country, and in the third round you think of the world.

So that was
