Why you do what you do, why you don’t do what you don’t do?

epicurus god trilemmaThere are two types of students and there are two types of teachers.

Teacher One says: I’ll teach you!
Teacher Two says: I won’t quit until you learned it!

Student One says: I’ll come to your class, I’ll pay for your program and then I’ll try!
Student Two says: I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure I learn it and have it for myself.

This phenomenon is not limited to learning…

One person says: I’ll try
Another person says: I can do it
The third person says: I’ll do it until it’s done

People who are willing to try are many. Teachers, students, ALL.

Most of what you find in the online or offline teaching ‘industry’, spirituality, meditation, yoga, healing

Anxiety is spiritual. My energy audios can zap your anxiety

here and now anxiety Being here and now has been a favorite topic of all the gurus.

What is a guru? A guru is a person who can teach. I said teach, I didn’t say just talk!

All the gurus I know are big talkers.

What is the difference between talking and teaching?

On one hand, you can see the results of teaching: if the student is able to be/do what is being taught, then teaching and learning took place.

Knowing about something is not real knowledge, it is talking. Just like talking about flying isn’t flying, talking about love isn’t love… And talking about being present isn’t being present.

What makes someone able to learn being?

After all, when you communicate (talk) bei

Intelligence: the ability to deal with new situations

Homo sapiens is moronic. In fact, the more educated, the more worldly, the more knowledgeable, the more moronic.

Let me explain:

There are two ways to behave in any situation: you either react or your respond.

Although on the surface they look very similar, the two behaviors are drastically different in what gives, what animates the behavior.

An action either comes from the mind, or it comes from the here-and-now, intelligence.

Action from the mind is moronic. Why? because the mind only stores the memories of the past. Nothing ever happens exactly the same way, so the action coming from the mind is always wrong, always inappropriate to the situation.

Truth value: what am I looking at to come up with a number?

The invisible and its relationship to truth value

I bought a book today (Ikagai [note]Ikagai the Japanese way of finding purpose in your life. Japanese culture is very different from Western culture in that there is no hurry, there is no desire trap, no teaching to imagine in detail what you want, live in your head… etc.
Here are the five principles of Ikigai: living with joy every day. Step dancing to work, as Tai Lopez would say:

Clarity… the opposite of brain fog – link fixed

The opposite of clarity is best expressed with this statement: “for you: everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…” This is the condition of the current humanity.

Here is another type of brain fog: the too much information type.

The brain can be overwhelmed too… and pulled under.

This is, actually, the state most people are in. Drowning in stuff, that is neither useful, nor needed, nor fun.

One can compare it to a frat party every day. You are encouraged to drink to your fill, then maybe, hopefully vomit and do it again.

Black out, rape someone and don’t even remember, lie, cheat, follow the leader.

Forrest Gump is a great person to teach my work through

forrest gump and his bracesForrest Gump again… to clarify some of the most important distinctions a person can have to live a life worth living.

Some of the most important, and most life altering distinctions one can have are coming up nowadays daily in questions, in podcast… and I am happy about that.

The two that come up and will come up every session is choice and of course context.

Choice is easy to see…

…the person who selects something to do, they select themselves. Not some reason is doing the selecting.

If I asked you why you read or don’t read my article, you would say something like: I don’t read your article because it is too brainy fo

Brain Fog or depression… what’s the connection?

Is brain fog the same as depression, or is depression associated with brain fog?

My assertion is that if you treat the brain fog, you also treat the depression.

Their overlap is 90%. And because brain fog is not emotional but all physical, the approach to treat it is all physical.

The human body is complicated. Not complex… Complex is still penetrable with the human mind, or with artificial brains. No. It’s complicated… not penetrable.

What different foods, different chemicals, different gut flora do and how they interact is complicated.

Trying to understand it is impossible. Not near impossible: it is impossible. Explaining, finding cures or fixes to symptoms is i

Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality

find a fixed point and a long enough stickFirst let me set the context for this article: For the past almost 30 years I have been mainly a mindset coach, and secondarily a healer.

It seems that in today’s climate, in today’s low vibration, low consciousness climate my work is not appreciated.

So instead of blaming anything, my job is to pivot.

When faced with the reality that life is short, these women pivot, and alter their current paths, by way of a series of impulsive, ill-advised and self-indulgent decisions.

This above is a quote from Wikipedia about a show called Pivoting…

Pivoting is using a pivot… a fixed point i

Are dogs happy? Are cats happy? Are humans happy?

I woke up this morning. Felt a sore throat. I started to get dressed. Put on my socks, my thick padded pants, and… went back to bed.

I slept a little, pondered a little during that hour.

I am reading a book by Neal Stephenson (Termination Shock) that is dealing with global warming. It is a tome… 720 pages. Very interesting, albeit nothing much is happening, at least not as far as I have read, 75%.

But Neal Stephenson always takes you for a sweeping view of life and I am happy to go where he takes me.

So I asked the question:

Is he happy? And Source said through my fingers… No. Boggles the mind.

The 4 stumbling blocks to Intelligence… the empath’s view

Intelligence is what makes you able to

  • navigate the treacherous world of humans,
  • see things for what they are, be able to
  • compare things even if they aren’t in front of you, and
  • find what is more primary and what is secondary so you can do things in order, and lastly accomplish things.

If we look at it with our strait and narrow method, where intelligence is that narrow body of water separating two lands, then any spot we find on land isn’t intelligence, and any spot we find in water is. [note]

  • –I am an empath…
  • –I am an architect…
  • –I am an independent thinker…
  • –I am a
