Where does the truth I write come from? Stream of consciousness.
I write the largest chunks of surprising truths that way. Something triggers it, and there it comes… Quick, to the computer!
I read Kathryn’s comment on the Worry article, and something clicked.
Everyone says: you need to remove your filters. You need to remove blockages. Bad beliefs, about yourself and the world. It’s not working. Not for anyone… ok, maybe a few.
What if the reason no one is succeeding with those “techniques” is because that is not the right method to do it?

What is self-awareness? Is it feeling what you feel, thinking what you think, doing what you do, and knowing you are doing, feeling, thinking that?
When something isn’t working in your life, there is something you don’t know… but how are you going to find out what you don’t know, and how are you going to learn it? Big question!
If you are like me, if you understand the title of this article, you are terrified, dismayed, disgusted… Feel cheated, duped, bamboozled… But chances are you have no idea what the title says. You keep buying the stuff and get no results whatsoever. This article may change it for you forever.
We must admit there are people who do LIFE better than we do, they get ahead, they live well, seem happy.
One commonality among my many readers is that they don’t feel well. That they are plagued with too much activity in the mind, that they listen from their minds, and that they have negative emotions that they resist, avoid, run from, urges they succumb to. They are in forceful resistance…

Context is like meaning… it is not part of what it is referring to, it is added to it, by a human. And if it is added, then you have a lot of freedom about it: if you can see, that is.
Every single human (and to a certain degree lots of animals) has automatic ways of being, that could be called a machine, because their behavior is predictable, it is machine-like. Push a button and outcomes the same result, every time.
