
One of the things that immediately de-fuses an explosive situation, being frazzled, stress, etc. is accurately identifying what is going on, where you are at.
It takes stepping outside of the situation, looking at it from there, to identify what is going on.
You may have over committed… and so you are overwhelmed
You may have made promises without consulting the people you live with, and so your are out of integrity
You may be trying to prove that you are special… so you are in greed
etc.
Once you see exactly what the situation is, restoring peace, restoring calm, restori







Negativity is a buzz word. It makes half of what is wrong, and it makes half of what is right. Much like the farmer in one of Osho’s stories, who wanted to teach god how to have the weather…
I think, that of all Osho’s talks that I know, this is the most significant, and the most helpful, if you EVER want to be able to return HOME, to the present moment, where you can be content, happy, and start living.
In this whole series, Osho examines a piece of poem or a story from a world culture that is spiritually meaningful. This poem is Japanese. Osho distinguishes being in the present, not being in the past, not being in the future, not desiring the present different from what it is.
Recently I found myself finding my life blah. So I set out to regain my will to live… because with blah comes no will to leave, much like when you are forced to eat tasteless food, you lose your will to eat.
As you know I am dyslexic. Very dyslexic. Reading even my own articles online is nearly impossible.
Sometimes it is worth buying a book for $100 that has one sentence… the rest is gravy.
