Powerful, powerless… how can you tell?

being-an-adult or being a sissyI have been getting attachments. I am noticing, they come mostly on the weekends.

So the sender or senders are working slobs… and tormenting people is their hobby.

They are, I think, using voodooo techniques: making a model of me, and pushing pins in the model.

The reason I think it is a voodoo doll, because they are getting very precise, whereas a healer who intends to heal, is very sloppy, otherwise why would they connect to another they intend to heal in their eyes, throat, of sinuses… would make no sense.

So yesterday I had four attachments on my head, in a straight line, like a mohawk head dress, and by this morning they added a fifth, smack in my Tangerine Spot.

I must be standing in the vertical dimension, because there is no anger, no anguish, no fear, no hurry… nothing. Just headache.

thank-god-its-fridayAlmost all of my students lost some or all of their new capacities over the holidays whenever their holidays were (Eastern Orthodox celebrate weeks after the Western Christian churches). Two of them got them back without much help. The rest are struggling.

What is it about the holidays that are so detrimental to your vibration, to your dreams and aspirations?

I got knocked conscious, I got knocked aware, and it hurts what I saw

I got knocked conscious by the 67 stepsWhen people start working with me, the first thing they learn is that they are not as “good” as they thought. That who they are being is directly responsible for the quality of their lives, not circumstances, not “the other”.

Must sting.

I also have people who only want to chat, and leave the call unscathed… unchanged, and I grieve for them.

Why?

Because the first step to getting anywhere in life is to get, exactly, precisely, where you are at.

Without delusion. Without regrets. With sober eyes.

Are you deserving of what you want? What is deserving anyway? And how to become deserving?

deserve what you want 67-stepsWhat is deserving? Deserving is a comparison. Comparing value to value, a person, a performance, a thing. It doesn’t come with existence. In existence you need to earn what you get. Deserve it.

Too many teachers focus on the doing, the method.

Some designate a few minutes, maybe even a few chapters to the mindset, but all in all, the pitiful results of most course is proof, that the problem is not in the doing.

One of the problems is being deserving.

There are two ways to look at deserving:

  1. the capacity to be someone who accepts what is coming to them, instead of running away, blaming themselves, or thinking poorly of themselves.
     
    If you look, you can see this “how did this come to me” look in some people’s eyes who got something lavish showered on them, happiness, fame, money. The the real eye, from time to time, showing the bepuzzlement… how did it happen?

    I do all my undeserving bit around housekeeping. I haven’t been able to make a dent there. Not in any lasting way.

67 days to a new you: health, money, relationship?

67stepsSometimes I wish I could force you to buy something I know you need, and I know you’ll really benefit from.

I have signed up to Tai Lopez 67 steps program. He says that research now says that it takes 67 days to establish a new way of being, a new take on life… That is why it lasts 67 days.

It is dripped out one session a day, for 67 days. I signed up yesterday, so I had two sessions, two audios to watch today.

I don’t know if he can keep this up, but both sessions talk about something I should talk about, and as soon as I make it mine, I will… I do have a commitment to never just repeat something, but make it mine first.

Two tricks to fall asleep earlier so you can avoid not being able to fall asleep

maybe you could sleep if you had more comfortable pajamasLack of sleep is one of the biggest issues of our time. Not because you are doing anything useful, or because you don’t have time to sleep.

This article is about taming your tiredness so you can sleep.

This is one thing no one is talking about… you are too tired to go to bed, you are too tired to go to sleep.

Most of my life I lived a life like this: I would work, intensely, 12-18 hours a day. Then I would be too tired to go to sleep.

I may even get to my bedroom, and sit on the edge of the bed, preening, or just thinking, or jumping up and racing back to my desk to finish just one more task.

My mind was both tired and busy. It would take me hours to get from the edge of the bed to turning off the light.

Now, you probably aren’t spending your time working till it’s time to go to bed. But being too tired to go to bed, turn off the light and go to sleep is a lot of people’s problem.
