Do you have a core identity? Something that will not change? Something that can lead you to greatness?

Some countries need to manufacture a history for their people. Other countries created one by following a credo, an ethic, that is personally binding.

Father Geoffrey invented a history for England.

The question we’ll look at: can you invent greatness for another… Can a great path that doesn’t oblige have any positive influence on the person, or instead it will give them wrongful pride… “I am better than you” nationalist or racial superiority?

Let me examine the difference between the different stories of different peoples, so I can explain the difference between the individuals who hail from different cultures.

I am going to bumble my way through this… so expect this article to be a little chunky… I apologize ahead of time. No disrespect meant… Honest.

OK…

I’ll go about it the scenic way. Continue reading

Your personal reality and reality… misaligned, misconstrued, faulty, no wonder you are miserable

We could safely say that your vibration number faithfully expresses the degree of alignment between your personal reality and actual reality.

Your personal reality is your map of reality.

You built your map of reality, what you think is out there, what you see out there, what you hear, taste, touch… filtered through your map of reality… you built that map through what you were told, and what you took from what you were told.

The average vibration on the planet, at this time, is 128. That is a 1% truth value, a 1% match between your personal reality and reality. It means that you don’t see 70% of what is out there. And what you see, the remaining 30%, you see it 70% wrong.

It’s sad but true in every area of your life. Emotional, spiritual, physical. Health, wealth, love and happiness.

But what is even worse, your heroes, your teachers, your scientists, your politicians have only a slightly higher vibration, and a slightly more accurate map of reality.

Heroism vs. incremental process: choosing will choose your life for you

you are fine until it is time to bring in the troopsI just read an article on our mindset, collective mindset, where you wait until something goes really wrong and then you seek out help. It’s here in pdf form… for your convenience. incremental-medicine

This is the mindset in every area of your life, health, wealth, love, and happiness.

Anything that doesn’t require drama, heroism, anything that is not over the top is ignored, poopooed, looked down upon. In every area of life. By you, and by “them”. You dream of being a billionaire while your bills aren’t paid. You dream of a private jet while your credit cards are maxed out. You dream of being a rock star while you haven’t been able to play one song well.

You don’t know, or you ignore the cause of your misery, and then you need rescuing.

Let me explain this from the inner dynamic, the inner motivating, pro or con, feelings point of view.

You experience (feel) something. It is a feeling that indicates something. It is unpleasant. A pain, a buzz, a discomfort.

You quickly override its instruction: “Pay attention to me! Trouble is brewing!” by quickly doing something that overrides its unpleasantness… eat, sex, sleep.

Or worry about it. The worry is a good suppressor: you now feel the unpleasantness of worry… and don’t have to do anything, you are safe. (Can you see how ridiculous this is?)

Some time later, on the operation table, you can recall that it began years earlier, with that slight discomfort.

Now, because doctors make more money attending to real or created emergency procedures, they don’t care.

And even if they did: their education lacks teaching the causes. There is no money in prevention.

The internet is flooded with partial or wrong information… and you get no help. Most of it is disseminated by phD’s in popular books

One of my students invented a mission statement yesterday:

I humbly and scrupulously compile, assimilate, clarify and illuminate data and written materials for the benefit of others.

I suggested that without discernment she re-distributes potentially harmful information. So I asked her to put discernment into the sentence.

She wrote:

Exercising discernment, I compile, assimilate, clarify and illuminate data and written materials for the benefit of others.

That is beautiful. But can she? Does she have the seeing big picture capacity? Because only in the big picture can you see that something is out of whack.

Imagine a huge box of jigsaw puzzle pieces. Thousands of pieces. Like life… Like health… Like happiness…

By shape they can be put together in thousands of ways, ok, maybe hundreds.

By color they can be put together in hundreds of ways.

But, listen up! only one way is correct.

Unless you can see the finished puzzle on the cover of the box, you can’t call yourself discerning, you can call yourself guessing, or clueless.

When I measure your Starting Point Measurements, I tell you also how many spiritual capacities you have open. Many people ask what they have open, as if it mattered. What you don’t have open is the issue… Just like in health: the problem is less about what you put into your mouth, than what you don’t put into your mouth.

If you don’t put the essential nutrition daily into your mouth, then all bets are off. But you can only see this if you have the big picture capacity…

If you always choose to do what’s pleasant, not what needs to be done, though it’s unpleasant, you can be sure that the big picture capacity is missing.

A low TLB score is a sure sign of the big picture capacity missing.

And, of course, humility missing. Because even to activate the big picture capacity, you need to feel that you need it… but unless you have humility, you don’t need anything.

Needing is a sign of humility being open. Saying you need something is not the same as needing something.

A surest sign of needing is an action consistent with fulfilling the need. As rare as one in a million.

Because unless you heed the feeling of need, you won’t do anything.

  • Need is a feeling. Not words; feeling.
  • Want is also a feeling… much weaker and much more “popular” than the needing feeling.

Words don’t give either justice.

Wanting has an immediacy, immediate gratification. Need is a long term thing.

Until you can tell the difference, you remain at the bottom of the TLB hockey stick graph.

So how do you develop the big picture capacity?

With my help and by following some practices.

My help is turning the capacity on for you… unless you need it, it won’t stay on. And of course you don’t need it… the way I explained above, you want it. You hope that it will work like magic, and suddenly you become the next Donald Trump… lol

But it’s tricky. The exercise is time consuming, and requires you to put up with discomfort.

Most won’t do it. Because you don’t feel you need it. You don’t feel you need anything. You are fine.

This “fine” is the enemy. It’s what is killing you. It is what makes you live a life below the level where health, wealth, love, and happiness live.

I really don’t get myself into a tizzy over that. I do have a preference, but that’s all I have. And when I asked Source: Source is the same way.

It expresses its displeasure with me in countless ways when I am not choosing the uncomfortable myself. I am in tune with what Source says about me… three times as much displeasure than pleasure.

Who you adore, who you admire and why is a good indication of who you are and what you’ll do, by the way.

I admire, more and more, people who have gone for the impossible, whether they won or not.

You always pick your heroes by what you are willing to do yourself.

How you do anything  How you do anything is how you do everything. You wait for emergency to act? You do it everywhere… you love drama… that is your how…
I am fine  I am find is the opposite of good, the opposite of excellent. Your fine covers up that you won’t do anything unless you are already on the edge… the edge of extinction
well-being  You can only ignore what your body needs so long. The new generation will bury the next,… because of lack of nutrition in the mothers.

The hockey stick graph: your TLB score is on it… and you are likely in the 99%. Why?

your tld score is on a hockey stick graphLearn something and a whole world of learning opens up…

I had the first breakthrough in my 67 steps coaching…

Why only the first? Because most people do the 67 steps the way they do their lives: with their eyes closed, hoping for magic.

Hoping for either me doing the job for them, or the audios or the content of the audios doing the job for them. None of them can… it is not the content. It is what you do

So what happens if you do the 67 steps with your eyes open?

For a long time: not much. But then I’ll hear something, a direction, that I can push you towards. Some people get to this push-point sooner, others later. Most: never.

Your TLB score is the surest predictor. Not your IQ, not even your vibration. Your TLB score.

No energy? Likely you are Twitchy Little Bastard… A Marshmallow eater…

This morning I am running on fumes… (or how to increase your Twitchy Little Bastard ((TLB – Twitchy Little Bastard; a person who is counterproductively anxious for results. Who has no ability to control his urges…)) score)

Some activities fill you up, some activities drain your energy.

One of the most important capacities one can develop is to tell the difference… and start managing one’s energy.

Sometimes you give your energy to another and get back nothing… Maybe money, but money does not fill you up. Money does not give you energy. It may buy groceries… but even groceries only give you physical energy.

The depletion is of psychic energy, of spiritual energy, of intellectual energy.

The newest measure to predict your future success… this one is like a ladder

are you a twitchy little bastard?Every human is moved by their emotions and feelings plus thoughts: words, ideas, concepts. In this order.

The motive power, the stimulus to act comes from the feelings.

The words, ideas, concepts only modify them, or direct the actions.

Without the thoughts, the words, the ideas, every human would act the same way. They would have to.

So the main difference between people is really the words, the ideas, what they say about what they feel.

One extreme is the “Twitchy Little Bastard”, while the other extreme is Jeff Bezos.

Acidity… what is it, the cause, the symptoms, what can you do about it?

real eyes realize real liesI have been meaning to write about acidity, alkalinity, and this whole field of misunderstanding, misdirection, you should know about, because it is important.

Acidity is a symptom. It is also a cause… cause of a lot of mischief in your body and in your life.

Everything has a chemical strength to interact with other things, we call Ph.

pH. The pH of a solution is a measure of the molar concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution and as such is a measure of the acidity or basicity (base=alkaline) of the solution.

pH: potential of hydrogen. It is a logarithmic number.

Life tends to work optimally only within narrow confines of pH…

They say: have desire. I say: discomfort is a lot stronger impetus for growth

What can you do to finally start to amount to something, start to become worth a damn? Increase the IMPETUS for growth. ((Impetus:
A moving, motive power, motivating force
impulse
stimulus
Synonym: encouragement, incentive, motivation
Antonym: hindrance, block))

About 14 months ago I did something that started a whole new growth period in my life.

I started to get up early.

Looking from the outside, and looking from the inside, there was more to it… and I’ll share it, because it is significant. It shows how decision-making, direction, guidance, are not a straight-forward matter: not at all. ((If you look closely, I got to the “right” path for me through a seeming misdirection, a step, had I seen it for what it was, I would have never taken: falling for a money scheme.

This wasn’t the first time I had Source guide me this way. It seems that “disassembling” or getting you out of complacency, comfort, is the first step for any growth to take place.

Just like in my story about the lightening that hit my kayak… there is no going up until you went all the way down, emotionally.

I see this on the people who ask me to guide them to become healthy. If they are just curious, or have a fleeting desire to get healthy, they will never rearrange their lives for health, or maybe a little bit.

The closer they are to be at their wits’ end, the more willing they are, the more able they are, and the healthier they become.

The more you are able to manage yourself to withstand discomfort, the higher you can go. In health, and in anything.))

OK, here is the story:

It was November 2015, and I was still licking my wounds from having lost paradise… i.e. Amazon decided that my energy products cannot be sold on Amazon.

How the whole science of humanities is standing on its head because…

I am continuing the “fire in the belly” concept from the previous article

I am what you would call a “quickstart”…

Although conation (Kathy Kolbe’s testing method, most interested in how you do things) measures something innate, like it’s your nature, it can also give you indication about where you are leaking fire. When I look at people and their conation chart, the Kolbe index, I can see how they stay the same, how they avoid discomfort, how they dampen their fire.

If I want to be truthful, grrr, all that jumping in with both feet is the result of wanting to reduce the discomfort. It’s a release of the tension, and a dampening of the fire.

I am noticing that I want to play Freecell to get a little pleasure to take away my discomfort, from whatever I did right before…

It is not comfortable to have committed to increase the fire in my belly. Just the opposite.

It is not comfortable, it is literally painful to observe the many (countless) ways I reduce the tension, and make my life comfortable.

So I jump to Freecell… and, of course play Freecell as a typical Quickstart: jump without looking.

I have been training myself to look before I start to play… for 3-4-5 years… I can’t remember. But if the amount of attention, humility, and effort I have needed to control my quickstart tendencies, at least some of the time, if the amount of effort is any indication, this increasing the fire in your belly is a lot of work.

Is it worth it? You get to say.

I say yes. You’ll probably say: Hell no.

Or will say “yes” but only to release the discomfort of looking at all the ways you are a no or a ‘no way’.

Suspect yourself to return to “infantile will to power” at each and every opportunity. It’s reasonable. You can survive, maybe even make a living that way. But you are not a person when you do that. Not really… Politicians will love you, your PTA will love you, your church will love you, because those institutions depend on you not becoming, not being a person.

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.”

It is not comfortable to be an unreasonable man.

You also stand out like a sore thumb. Ouch.

It is not reasonable, it doesn’t make sense to endure pain for something as elusive as the next evolutionary level of your self and of humanity.

You see, 200,000 years ago the humanoids left the forest: as a group. There was no individual action, no need for individual courage there.

The 100th monkey fable is a fable… It was created to reduce the tension you feel at being comfortable at doing things in the same old same old way. (All myths, all fables, all religions were created to reduce your inner tension. To lure you into feeling that all is well, you know everything, you have all the answers, and there is nothing for you to do. All designed to kill the fire in your belly.)

The evolutionary jumps were all accidents… some unreasonable or insane member of the “tribe” went his own way, and maybe some others followed him, but it was insanity for the fish to leave the water for dry land…

And it’s insane for a human today to want to venture to “human being” territory… Insane.

Even, I’d say, it is quite insane to pay attention to feelings, instead of watching the thoughts… But of course the shared illusion that the thoughts have anything to do with it, anything to do with anything is very comfortable. And very misleading. Because it is simply put, inaccurate. Wholly and totally.

Thoughts have nothing to do with anything. They are commentary

The thoughts are the foam on the river… not the river.

Are you insane enough? It’s OK if you aren’t… but now you know what is the price you have to pay.

Denying the need of meeting your own expectation is one. Very painful. As painful as hunger. As unfulfilled sexual need. As the pain of a life wasted.

As the pain of dying as if you haven’t existed.

Use this pain to guide you.

Infantile will to power… or how you dampen the fire that motivates you to grow

I came up with the expression “top 10% of your mind” many years ago, when I was teaching the What Color of Your Parachute workshop.

It is said that you only use 5% of your brain. But, of course, you use all of your brain most of the time, but not for something worth using a precision instrument even the stupidest person possesses.

The truth is that 99% of your usage, what you see, what you say about what you feel, what you think is not new, and not accurate and not worth thinking, because it leads to no benefit.

I have students that make this phenomenon very easy to observe.
