It’s a dangerous world in there-out there… or does voodoo work?

After I hit the “publish” button the other day, I suddenly an had a flash of insight: The Wicked Witch of the West uses voodoo to harm me… I was wrong about thinking that she spends her whole day tormenting me… even though I am tormented, she only needs to “refresh” the hate on her voodoo doll or whatever symbolic artifact she uses to represent me.

Sometimes the pain is my heart, or my back, or my stomach, or my head.

So far so good… I recalled that I realized that years ago… just forgot.

What is interesting is the following exchange I had with Source:

Could I do the same? Yes. Would she know that I am doing it? Yes. ((Everybody thinks they can do voodoo, or a lot more people that can… I didn’t go deep enough into the topic, because my “religion” is: when I do good, I feel good. When I do bad I feel bad” Abe Lincoln said that…

But criteria number one is you need to connect the doll with the person you need to harm. Energetically. Given your inability to connect yourself to Source, I don’t think many people can do this. The WWoW, The Wicked Witch of the West is able to do it… you can even feel the energies she stirs in her videos. None of it is good, she has the opposite “religion” as Lincoln… she likes to hurt.

Why can bad people hurt others with energies?

In the tens of thousands of years this sixth generation of humans is on Earth, we have built a powerful “Fourth Plane”, a shadow world of bad… And it is a power source for bad energies. All created by the imagination of all six generation of sentient beings… on this Planet. When we are gone, soon, I think, we’ll leave our heritage for the next generation… We contributed 40% of darkness, way more than our 16.6% of time alive would normally make us… Now the Dark Side is 70%, and the Light is only 30%. Sorcery is getting stronger.))

You don’t care… then why should I?

why should I care if you don't?Finally, after seven months on the war path, two weeks ago I found the solution to get rid of all three near microscopic biting mites… (including what causes the mysterious Morgellons) and to my surprise, suddenly, at the same time, my whole attitude changed with regards to working.

Suddenly, I went from working bee… to “I did not want to work any more.” I just wanted to read, play, watch Netflix. I didn’t even want to write any articles any more.

WTF, right?

So yesterday I sat down and had a heart to heart with Source, through questions, of course.

DNA tests for diets… are they useful, or are they a fraud?

Your DNA and your food list… The Ancestral Diet, DNA diet… a vibrational review

I started to research this area out of my desire to get more clients for health consultation.

Essentially when I do a health consultation with a client, what I do is muscle test

  • their nutritional deficiencies against a 90 nutrition list I swiped from Joel Wallach,
  • I test their food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances,
  • their optimal way to eat following the Human Design institute’s model.
  • their current health number (1-100) and their current cell hydration number (1-100)
  • and when I am done with that, I muscle test them against an about 500 food long list.

Now, what does this have to do with your DNA or ancestral diet, or DNA diet? Continue reading

Can I teach you to connect to Source?

In the Arthur Conan Doyle story A Scandal in Bohemia whatever… featuring Sherlock Holmes, there is an important learning that just came really handy for me today. In fact: it should have been part of my Itch webinar series… it is so in line with that.

The principle is that when there is a fire, for example, you’ll instinctively move to save what is most important to you… maybe ever, maybe just in that moment.

Some save their money, some save their children, others save their pet. ln the Sherlock Holmes story, The Woman was saving her picture she wanted to use to blackmail some Bohemian royalty.

OK, so how was this useful to me today? Continue reading

If You Don’t Eliminate This Habit, You Will Never Grow

If You Don’t Eliminate This Habit, You Will Never Grow

I had to stop doing this to finally start being consistent.

“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.”

— Sun Tzu

For many years I had a problem that I did not even know about.

It hampered me in countless situations.

It cropped up often enough to derail any progress that I made.

And now that I know about it, I see it in nearly everyone around me.

Most people that I meet do this: friends, colleagues, and acquaintances.

I had not thought about it much, until relatively recently.

But if you eliminate this habit, you can crack the code of consistency. You will be able to move forward in ways that you cannot even dream of now.

If you learn this, you will be unstoppable.

Discovering the Truth

“Discipline equals freedom.”

— Jocko Willink

The truth is this: most people celebrate too early.

I re-learned this lesson while reading, of all things, a book written for kids. My man Luke Mardigian recommended a book that I should read with my son: The Way of the Warrior Kid, by Jocko Willink.

The book’s premise is pretty simple: a young boy who can’t swim, gets picked on a by a bully, can’t do multiplication tables, and can’t do a single pull-up is visited by his uncle who is a Navy Seal. The uncle teaches the young boy how to improve and change.

It is a great story for kids… and adults.

At one point in the story, the young boy does four pull-ups. He gets so excited and starts celebrating. He had never done that many pull-ups in his life!

The Navy Seal was not as excited, because the job wasn’t done.

The goal was 10 pull-ups. The boy had done four.

No celebration. Not yet.

Don’t Celebrate Until the Job Is Done

“Knowing where the trap is ? that’s the first step in evading it.”

— Frank Herbert, from Dune

Most people have a mental release when something good happens to them. For some reason, the pressure stops and there is relaxation.

And for most people, the tendency to celebrate too much is a habit.

Jocko Willink’s message is powerful: don’t celebrate until the job is done. Small victories along the way are good, but the winning the war is imperative.

Do not let the small victories get in the way of the bigger ones.

While the young boy in Willink’s Warrior Kid is ecstatic that he did four pull-ups?—?yelling and screaming in excitement?—?the Navy Seal calmly says “Good” and keeps pushing.

The huge celebration in the moment is not worth the possibility of derailing your chances of success.

Stop giving up what you really want for what you can have in the next few moments.

Violations of the Rule

“The art of being wise is the art of knowing what to overlook.”

— William James

Most people do not like doing the consistent work that leads to success. So the first taste of victory is a welcome justification to stop doing the work.

That is a mistake. And I have made this mistake countless times.

  • Years ago, I wanted to buy equipment for my freelance audio and video business. On my job, I had so much extra vacation time that I asked the HR director if they could buy out my vacation to make some extra money. I had purposefully not taken my vacation time because the company was going through litigation?—?there was no time to waste. Amazingly, she said “Yes.” I was so happy! I thought I was going to make $3,000, so I stopped thinking about how to generate the money. I celebrated too early. Once she went up the chain, however, the request was ultimately denied. I was crushed. My celebration caused me to stop doing what I needed to do for a period of time.
  • The first time I received a 5-figure check in business, I was overjoyed. I received a free trip that was amazing. I actually had some money. But it did something to me mentally that caused me to stop doing the activities that got me the check and trip. The success?—?and celebration?—?ended up stalling my progress. I celebrated too early. I had to re-do so much of the work that I had done previously.
  • For years, I wanted to write. I used to get so excited by actually writing something, that I did not consistently write. This always stalled my progress and also prevented rapid improvement.

Sell the Trophy

“Don’t blame the hunter if you aren’t paying attention enough to spot the traps.”

— T.T. Escurel

Many years ago I heard a story about an ancient Spartan warrior who won the equivalent of the modern-day Olympics. For his victory, the warrior received an incredibly valuable trophy. It was nearly priceless, adorned with gold and jewels?—?a magnificent work of art that symbolized the champion’s victory.

The warrior graciously accepted the incredible trophy. It was an awesome symbol of his victory.

The day after the competition, the warrior sold the trophy. And then kept training.

The trophy was an expression of how other people felt about this warrior’s achievement. But the warrior was focused on his own internal barometer of success.

Do not let the celebration of any victory distract you from the bigger picture.

When someone congratulates you for a small victory and tells you that it is “AMAZING!”?—?calmly remember Willink’s Navy Seal and say to yourself: the milestone is “good” and keep going.

Consistency Is The Only Skill That Matters

“Consistency is more important than intensity.”

— Christopher Sommer

Consistency will turn into excellence. This habit of celebrating too early can derail us. Eliminate it and move forward.

Celebrate when the job is done. Take care of your business and move forward.

It is not about the celebration. It is about victory.

Why is the truth value of your knowledge so low? 2% truth value! It means 98% of what you know is wrong!

Your starting point measurements paint an accurate picture of you… ((The truth value of your personal knowledge is indicated in your vocabulary number… your clarity… It can be translated to a truth value. My truth value is 70% and my accurate vocabulary is 4000… so do some math… lol.)) But here is something it won’t tell me: can you ask intelligent questions? I am learning in my strategy sessions that indeed you can’t.

Questions that no one is asking are very telling. They are indicative of the direction I want to go.

When everyone zigs… I prefer to zag.

Why? Because the masses are always wrong. Not only in details, but more importantly, in the direction they are marching. Continue reading

Democratize… Or how do you reproduce your misery with every action you take

You read articles and blog posts because the title sounds interesting.
You watch videos because you have heard of the person who made it.
You sign up with a coach or a teacher because what they say resonates with you…

If something isn’t working, there is something that you don’t know

Here is a very important piece of knowledge: if something resonates with you, if something makes sense that it will either lower your vibration or will keep you the same… at best.

Your mind is interested in keeping you where you are. It is in ess, evolutionary stable strategy, and will direct you to people and knowledge that doesn’t upset the apple cart.

What is new, what you need if you really want to grow, isn’t going to appeal to you that much, or not at all. Continue reading

When you are fixing something, the solution becomes the next, bigger problem

Human history has gone from problems to bigger problems throughout most of its 200 thousand years.

What is fixing?

Fixing needs something to be wrong. Wrong is a systemic judgment, cultural and personal. It is never true in reality… one could say: there is never anything wrong in reality.

Dying is not wrong, dying is dying. Being sick is not wrong, it is being sick. Being slow, ugly, lazy is not wrong, it is just being slow, ugly, or lazy. Continue reading

Your superpowers: the magic of synergy

Sometimes you need to see a bad attitude, a bad behavior, and suspect that what you are looking at is a mirror. Ugh.

I saw ingratitude with one of my clients and it was killing me.

It took me some time, but I started to see my own attitude in the client.

Whenever I see something ugly about myself I swing into action… Remember? There is no way I am going to be anything less than magnificent… Why? I am sure it’s ego. I am sure it’s superiority.

But ego and superiority can fuel growth… and I use it abundantly. ((I have gone back to expanding the practice of generosity: beyond what I have allowed myself to do.

I started to see that generous and stingy keep me stuck… so I have been attacking this capacity with a chisel and a hammer. It is work and it is painful. It feels like I am peeling my own skin, and actually that is what I am doing.

It seems that generosity is letting go… Allowing… Much more than giving stuff, even time.

I am taking specific actions, because only actions will matter. Insights are a dime a dozen, and accidental actions won’t create a new me.

Is it a good thing to have high desire? Is ambition evil? Does the Law of Attraction teach you to be greedy?

Desire vs ambition. What is the difference? Which one should you have?

For most people words mean something… approximately. Their life reflects this unclarity. Clarity is one of the most important determinants of one’s life… this is why I measure it in the starting point measurements.

I watched a guy who until his clarity went up to 3500, he was miserable.

Most people I measure have a clarity of 200-400. Puny at best, sh*tty life. Guaranteed.

Ok, desire and ambition. Let’s agree what the words mean… energetically.

Desire is 100% desire for the self alone. Wanting something for yourself but not being willing, not even considering doing work to get it. If someone else has what you want, you envy it, you are jealous of them… but to match the work they did… hell no.

Ambition, on the other hand is a willingness to work, to sweat, to do for one’s own fulfillment. The higher your ambition the more you can accomplish the faster.

Desire takes the energy away from ambition… Continue reading
