Why are you still a one-legged person in an ass kicking contest?

As I have said before, when your hydration is at or above 30%, you feel more solid, as if before you had been standing on one foot, balancing, precariously… and suddenly you are standing on both feet… stable.

You have more room for things to be “off”, off-kilter ((not aligned or balanced.)) , and less in a fixing mode, knee jerk reaction mode.

Once you have achieved that level of well-being, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually, you should be able to notice when you are standing on one foot again.

You may not think it’s your hydration… and you should. Really.

The real reason Source says: don’t eat certain foods, like grains

Interesting. As soon as I ask a question, the answer lines up to be found by me… sometimes on the same day.

In my last article I said that I don’t know why it is not necessary to have gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance to get way way better by removing grains.

I listen in… I don’t even have to put a pillow on my head… I can now hear it, just need to listen.

–If you loved yourself then you would be selfish

There may be more… these are memes. Mind viruses.

All untruth perpetuated to keep people unhappy, not loving themselves. Not being on their own side.

It’s no wonder what is happening in the world…

When I suggested the exercise to make a list of what don’t you want, to tease out some distinction of the self, I expected that people will get to a place where their real colors will show.

I was sorely disappointed, and disturbed by what actually showed up: people only having ANY real concern for themselves, and even those concerns were not high-minded.

Upon reflection, I can see that it’s no wonder what is happening in the world.

Here are a few quotes that will show where and how the world is going… due to that narrow cone of vision, due to the survival/scarcity mindedness, low vibration of nearly everyone on earth.

Nisargadatta Maharaj: personal vibration: 200. Truth value: 10%

I have encountered and measured many Indian gurus. Although Nisargadatta Maharaj is not flashy, and seemingly nothing special, he has a unique position among all these gurus: he isn’t fake.

You cannot teach much of anything if you haven’t truly distinguished that you are not any of the things you may think you are… you are simply the Self.

Most gurus give diligent lip-service to this… I know Osho best, and he says it all the time. But saying it and being it are two different things. When you say it but you don’t be it, you talk Tree of Knowledge: it is not your experience. So you are a liar, a fake guru: because you cannot teach what you don’t have.

Nisargadatta Maharaj got one thing right… ok, maybe more, I don’t know all he did. But he got the crux of the matter right: he got that he is none of those things…

And that is what makes him a real guru.

Now, can he teach it? OK, he is dead. Could he teach it? No way. Knowing and teaching are two different capacities.

My own trouble is that I have to be able to do both… But it is getting possible… I am getting better at it.

When someone with Tree of Knowledge tries to teach it, no one learns it… because fake invites fake… ugh. Same is true for Landmark and Werner Erhard.

You are not your feelings, not your thoughts, not your history. Not even what you do, or what you have, or what you have achieved!

I didn’t realize that this is such a big issue, collapsing all these and calling it “you”.

This is the source of unclarity, and ultimately it is the source of the delusional self and misery. Utter misery.

What am I talking about?

One aspect of clarity is to be able to tell the person from their actions. The person from their feelings. The person from their story or history. The person from what they have done. The person from everything else…

It seems that at a low level of clarity (low vibration) this isn’t obvious.

The fundamental difference between low vibration and high vibration is…

If you admire the butterfly, then you have low vibration… A butterfly person will not be enamored with a butterfly…

The “I don’t like” “I don’t want” list, seems to be a very reliable measure of the size of your world and thus your vibration. (You may call it your frequency, or your vibrational frequency… but what the words indicate isn’t real… your vibration is better defined in this article.)

When you have low vibration (under 200), the size of your world is tiny, mostly about you, your person, how you feel, etc.

Add the three-tier-value-system ((The three tiers are Systemic Value, Extrinsic Value, and Intrinsic Value)) to the mix, and you are now clearly seeing someone’s vibration, without having to be able to muscle test or connect to Source. Continue reading

How to Be the Type of Person Everyone Wants to Know

Here is an article that has truth in it, but not the whole truth. The article is a typical psychological take on a human condition… and is incomplete.

Here is an example of what a 7% truth value is, and what is missing to make it acceptable… and no, a 7% truth value is not acceptable.

I am going to attempt to add some of my own discoveries… to bring it up to a higher, hopefully much higher level of truth value…

First: read the article. I felt horrible reading it, because it made me feel bad about myself. Not many people consider me good company… so I definitely don’t qualify to being the type of person everyone wants to know.

Fighting the demon: You/I spend most of our lives trying to fix something that never happened…

You/I spend most of our lives trying to fix something that never happened. That was never factually true. Even though you keep telling the story as if it were true.

Some people call these demons… even though there are no demons… but nevertheless, using the expression: fighting your demons is very accurate, if you don’t believe that demons are entities. There are no entities in the visible or invisible Universe.
