I have a new client. 35 year old male from Central Africa.
I suggested that he posts his food diary and mood diary every day, so we can figure out how to get him well.
So far there are intense symptoms of yeast die-off, once we removed sources of sugar and starches.

Should you read Kabbalah? I mean popular Kabbalah, Kabbalah the way the Kabbalah Centre teaches it
- Kabbalah the way the Kabbalah Centre teaches it: Truth value: 10%
- If you take out god, and incarnation, karma, law of attraction, etc., all the religious connotations: 19%
Compare the 19%
- Compare it with the Old Testament: Truth value less than 1%
- Compare it with the New Testament: Truth value less than 1%
- Compare it with The Law of Attraction: Truth value less than 1%
- Indian scriptures: Truth value 2%
Obviously your best bet is to read Kabbalah books, but to read them with the capacity of Discernment, also known as Astuteness, Mental Acuity, so you can allow the not true things to be there, but soak up the truth that is 19%.
So, obviously, Kabbalah doesn’t have all the truth. It has 19%.
The truth value of what I teach is 70%, so I don’t have all the truth either.

You want to be special but you don’t want to do anything for it… not really.
I was researching this whole Third Eye humbug on the internet.
Of all the “supernatural” abilities people want, this seems to take the prize!
People want to be special, want to stand out, what to amaze people, but they don’t want to pay the price. Please check if you are part of “people”. My hunch is that if you tell the truth, you’ll find that you are.
Now, what is wrong with this picture?
It violates fundamental spiritual laws.
What are spiritual laws? Why are they spiritual?
Spiritual laws are the laws of the invisible. Energy, for example. Energy is invisible. It can be made visible, ((TV screen, X-ray, radar, EEG are good examples)) but what you see is not the energy itself, you see its effect… Or you feel it… or you hear it… the effect, not the cause.

DNA activation free webinars – a learning experience even before I did one…
Opening up the DNA activation webinar to all subscribers has turned out to be a dangerous idea. There have been three people registered who had one of those infectious/jumping attachments.
The first I found I removed from the webinar because she already knew she had the infectious attachment. The other two, I just removed their infectious attachment so they can participate.

The distinction between behavior and capacity… doing and being
A new student of mine writes:
I think self trust is a big challenge for me, and building self trust is necessary as a foundation before I can trust others and build authentic relationships. There is no short cut in gaining self trust and trust from others, and I need to build my skills and deliver my value solidly step by step, like building from the ground up to a skyscraper.

Like with all things spiritual, humans in all ages, reversed the statement “god created man to his own image” and created gods to their own image. Ugh…
I am not familiar with all religions, and religions is not what I want to talk about in this post, but it is worth looking how Moses, angry abandoned Hebrew prince, forced to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, saw god as he was, angry, jealous, possessive, vengeful, inhumane, murderous, punishing, etc. Nasty piece of work… lol, not funny.
The Indians with their thousands of gods, their dancing Krishna drinking, eating and having sex with thousands of young girls.
One of the symptoms of this reverse modeling is the chakras: utter nonsense.7% truth value… huh?
One of the chakras is the Third Eye… the video I put up the other day shows what people think it is… seeing what is visible… useless. Why would you want to have third eye capacity if all you are interested in is physical stuff you can see normally.

This week I have worked on people who have sent me a long list of teachers, coaches, products they ave bought and perused, and yet, their vibration was below the tolerable level, and when I checked them for missing capacities, they had a ton… Like the guy in the previous article… 80 missing capacities.
By the way, I have six missing capacities myself… so even above 900 vibration you have some capacities missing.
Some capacities are linchpin capacities: meaning that unless you activate that one capacity, all the other capacities are useless… can’t work. The linchpin holds together a dysfunctional construct… keeping you unsuccessful, unhappy, ineffective. I have students like that.
It is quite stunning to look at people I know, that I have been working with sometimes for years now, and suddenly see freedom open up.
