I found these quotes and I found that it is a remarkable collection… Please share. Thank you.

Why and how I watch Netflix? How my Netflix diet is not binging?
Like with any diet, both the what and the how are crucially important.
I’ll show you later in this article, that even if you eat the right things, if you eat wrongly, the how, you won’t feel good… you won’t get well. You won’t be present to life.
And so it is with your Netflix diet as well.
Here is how I watch Netflix…
I watch only stuff that will teach me the skills by pointing me to the capacities I could distinguish and then practice. I even take notes!
Whenever I see something noteworthy, I stop and contemplate it for minutes… long minutes. I consider Netflix my mentor… Continue reading
More on the 10 dark years theory… or why it is more like 30-40 years or never…
Most winners in life master one thing in particular: they are astute. Astute: having or showing an ability to accurately assess situations or people.
Accurately assess… as opposed to have an opinion, have a good feel, or guess…
Is that a skill, a capacity, a virtue? What is it and how do you get it?
A have a new “most visited” post, the 31 quotes that give you chills… Why? Because it promises an experience… an experience you crave in the consistently dull and painful life you have.
Wanting to get chills without any other benefits says a lot about you and your life. What does it say? For one: you are a mystery to yourself…
I have said it before… humanity bars its way to evolution by throwing big words around. Continue reading
For you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…
The second part of the title, “except that not always” is doesn’t apply for at least 10% of you: you won’t even see the difference when I point it out. ((Another way to say the title: You can’t tell your ass from a hole in the ground…
))
The most frustrating thing is, that you are sure you are saying or understanding the right words… but you don’t. And you blame it on the speaker saying that what they said doesn’t work.
How do I know?
For most people, who become a student in my programs, this is the first hurdle to pass.
You come into my program with a 300 accurate vocabulary, and you only hear the words you think you know what they mean, but that is not what I said.
I only find out what you heard when you tell me my words back to me… wrong. inaccurate. different words. Different meaning. Or Tai’s words, if you are in the 67 steps coaching… ((Tai’s accurate vocabulary is 1000. This is why his truth value is only 10%. Why isn’t it more? Because he uses reading to dig for gold. He reads with an agenda. Therefore everything that he deems irrelevant he doesn’t read… thus his vocabulary is full of words that don’t mean what he thinks they mean.)) Continue reading
What is the truth about the 10 dark years, 10,000 hours and 10,000 experiments
If investing 10 years in service of learning a profession, learning an art would make you a winner… then there would be a lot of winners. A lot more than there are…
There must be something more that most people don’t know or don’t do…
…and neither do or know their mentors, their trainers, their managers, their teachers. ((
I am watching, currently, a South Korean series, Misaeng, about a boy who is proof to what I am saying…
He spent 18 years doing what he could to become a baduk master. Baduk is a competitive board game.
When he sees that this is not going to happen, he lucks out and at someone recommendation he is accepted as an intern in an international trading corporation.
Because he is not your average American :-(, not your average human, he sees that his baduk training trained him for life, not just for baduk. Trained him as a human, trained him as a strategist, trained him as a worker… You can tell that I am in love… The character has 20 capacities activated… has 20 capacities to work with, 20 capacities to survive in that inhospitable environment… because it is inhospitable.))
Capacities, DNA capacities are invisible. They are the seed level of any ability, of any success.
Why increasing your overall intelligence aka vibration will pay off in spades?
Billionaires are rare creatures.
One of the things you can learn about them is this: they could have become billionaires in almost any business. Not just the one they actually did.
I mean it. But they chose the business they chose, and they chose given what they saw.
One thing the non-billionaires share is that they can see less and less clearly than billionaires.
Their view is cluttered with memes… and remember that memes are words that block you from seeing, block you from even looking…
So we could safely say, that billionaires see more memes for what they are… rules invented by someone else…
…while you see can’t see that all memes, all ideas, all thoughts are rules someone else invented for you to stay the same.
And the 67 steps, especially combined with my coaching program, is a cleansing regimen: cleansing you of the memes that cover your eyes. For a minimum of 18 months.
Now, will you achieve billionaire level clarity in 18 months?
You could, but it really depends on the amount of accurate work you put in. More on that factor than where you start. Continue reading
More on the latticework on which you hang new knowledge to become worth a damn
Latticework can be likened to a Christmas Tree.
I once had a boy friend who bought tree ornaments as gifts every Christmas. Even to people who didn’t have a tree… ;-/
One of the barriers to real knowledge, I have found in my students, is compartmentalizing.
The opposite of compartmentalizing is the integrative approach…
I first saw this phenomenon in 1988, when i first read the famous book, What Color Is Your Parachute.
The core of that book is completely wasted on 99% of the readers. The core that talks about portable, transferable skills.
The reason people don’t get it, because they cannot see the integrative aspect…
All in all… if we look through spiritual capacities, the issue is that people look through a narrow cone of vision.

Most of you don’t know what appetite is…
If you need to eat ((everyone has a way that they need to eat to be the healthiest… the eating mode. It’s one of the things I measure when I give you an individual health “reading”)) by appetite, but you seldom have appetite… you are, instead, hungry.
When I mention appetite, I get puzzled silence in return.
Most of you don’t know what appetite is.
Your body has a language (like cats! lol) that is nonverbal. If you don’t speak the language then you are out of touch with your body, and likely your health is low. You have symptoms that tell you: you are doing the wrong things.
My new attitude to mistakes and such is this: it is guidance. It tells me to correct something… my behavior.
No one teaches how the body is talking… you can buy a book on cat talk… but not on the body’s talk… what a world we live in, eh?
I am working on deciphering… and it is a hit and miss process.
Let me look at hunger, the feeling of hunger, then at appetite, and then at heart burn.
But also there is feeling hot, restless, lightheaded, hyper, and a lot more… all sentences the body doesn’t use words for.
Of course there is pain, there is tiredness, there is yawning, there are cramps, dizziness, nausea, throwing up, sleeplessness… you see, the language is rich… but the reception has lost the key…
You and I walk around unconscious, unaware, deaf and dumb.
We are a lot like medical doctors: you complain about something and they know instantly what is wrong with you… NOT.
My next door neighbor has been diagnosed with cancer. Metastasized 4th stage cancer. Six years ago.
Chemo, losing her hair… she is not getting better, she is not getting worse.
Muscle test says: she doesn’t have cancer. 4th stage cancer doesn’t hang around for six-seven years…
The memes that “guide” the medical doctor and you tell you to close in on the culprit and kill it.
Life tells you: open up. Keep it fluid.
The Art of War says… stay open. Stay aware. Don’t just the gun.
I am practicing that… and i can tell you: every fiber of my being wants to rush ahead and declare victory before its time.
We do this everywhere. In relationships. In parenting. At work. At school With our bodies…
I am, by nature, this jumping jack.
I destroyed every chance to relationship by declaring “I love you” early on, with every guy… I could not stand the tension of keeping it open, keeping it fluid.
You celebrate without knowing what’s going on, and grieve without knowing what’s going in.
Or you get cancer treatment without having cancer.
In my experience, the hunger you feel is a signal from your cells that they are struggling. Your cells are dehydrated. And you need energized water.
You can have hunger with the rumbling of your stomach: that IS hunger for food. No rumbling: you are not hungry.
Appetite is the body’s signal that it is ready to receive nutrition.
It shows it by salivating and the image of the food together
Pavlov’s dog is not hungry, even dogs behave as if they were always hungry. Pavlov’s dog has an appetite for the food.
When you feel hungry, according to my observation, there is no salivation… it should be a clue.
Food you eat when the body asked for energized water, will cause indigestion. Heaviness.
Indigestion is another cause of feeling hunger… it does feel the same… but it is a sign that you ate things together that don’t go together, that you ate when you didn’t have an appetite.
Heart burn is also complicated.
Most of the time it is a sign of filling your stomach too much. Result: indigestion. The stomach didn’t know how to handle the food you gave it, and filled itself with lots of acid… hoping it would make it work.
90% of the time it doesn’t work… so the too much acid spills out… thus heartburn.
I get heartburn because I have damaged my esophagus and the ring/valve between it and the stomach. Anything that irritates the esophagus lining will cause me to have heartburn.
Anything that is somewhat acidic. Chocolate, candy, prepared foods, too much protein in one meal.
Fructose sensitivity or intolerance is a good indication that you’ll have heartburn. Fructose and similar chemical formation foods damage the esophagus lining… causing dermatitis like symptoms, inside you.
Maybe the hardest attitude to master is to master A is A.
A is A means that it is the way it is. But it also means: something caused A to be A. So A is supposed to be A.
If you want to effect the outcome, you first need to accept that A is supposed to be A. Settle in that it’s OK. And then when you are all clear that A is really A… no doubt about it, then you can look to alter it: to take it to B… Or to prevent A to recur… reoccur, to repeat until you learn that A is A for a reason.
We don’t often see the cause… but we can safely assume that A is always an effect… The cause may be deep in the invisible 99%. But it’s there.
All effects point to the invisible cause… you pay attention and you may become the next Nobel prize winner… like Richard Thaler did…

What is the difference: I get to shovel the 10 inch snow… and I have to shovel show?
In my weekly coaching call with my only business/marketing student last night, I went deep into the causes of why someone with a degree, why someone who is making a living, cannot move further up the life-satisfaction, life effectiveness scale.
I have found two blatant holes in him, that my guess is shared by all of you, or most of you.
- 1. a total blindness of what gives meaning and therefore the mood for life.
- 2. a total inability to see what is cause and what is effect.
So how do you fix that? You don’t.
When you find something that isn’t working or isn’t working as well as you’d like it to, your knee jerk reaction is to fix it. Or change it. Or stop doing it.
But unless what you found is seed level, you can work till the cows come home, and you will only produce pretense, but not a change.
A price tag on any coaching or any course is a lie
I had an interesting insight this morning.
Putting a price tag on any coaching is going to be a lie. My strategy sessions. My 67 step coaching. My health consultations. My Water Energizer. My Heaven on EArth…
Really, almost any product.
For two reasons:
1. the value is in the eye of the buyer…
2. the value literally changes with what the buyer can and will do with it.
The client needs to become ready to use the coaching and generate big value with it. ((Cooking recipes come to mind. Unless you know cooking without recipes, unless you develop a feel for what works together, every recipe will be a disaster for you.
Here is an example.
My egg-coffee
I am violently sensitive to and addicted to the A1 milk protein that is like morphine, addictive. So I can’t put it in my coffee. So I have developed a coffee recipe that uses egg yolk and ghee to make the coffee creamy. But if you don’t add sweetener: I use stevia, it will be horrid. And if I don’t add salt, enough salt, it will be still horrid. When the right amount of each is added: it is delightful. And good for you.))
I attended an online-marketing conference in 2004 in Washington DC. I ran into this dude, Tellman Knudson, and we started to chat. I was sitting on a goldmine that was invisible for me… except that as a chair, a goldmine is not comfortable. Continue reading
