An exercise to begin to raise your awareness so you can start on the path to the good life

look at your world through the camera to increase your awarenessAwareness is the number one predictor of how your life will turn out. High awareness: a much better life.

In essence, awareness is a number that shows how much of your time you spend outside of the mind… how much of reality can get through to you.

I just had an insight.

Most people can’t see anything that they didn’t already see. Nothing new can penetrate their awareness… No changes even, nothing… One way mirror. And you are on the mirror side. I can see you making faces at your reflection, picking your nose, etc. What i don’t see you is seeing what is on the other side of the mirror. And when I say, hearing works the same way.

Seeing what you have always seen, hearing what you have always heard is not useful.

Most people are on this site because they want to raise their vibration. And raising your vibration means seeing what you haven’t seen before, bringing conscious awareness to all areas of life.

Some people have a real difficulty with that.

I have many programs. Maybe too many.

In every program I run into the same difficulty, the same issue: you hear very little of what is being said. You read very little of what you read.

So what do you hear? You hear what you have already heard. And it drowns out what is being said.

I ask you to hear the voices. You come back and tell me you heard two… in a week. Out of the hundreds a day. What happened to the others? You heard them as your own thinking. You didn’t hear me saying that every single thing that you hear in your head is the voices and the memes… The memes are voices, but they have a different flavor: they sound like wisdom.

My flagship product is the 67 step coaching.

It has 67 audios. You are asked to listen to them. You are asked to allow them to lead you to look at things you don’t normally look at. To do it so you can increase your awareness.

Because your awareness is 100% correlated with your potential for success…

And you have low awareness. Very low.

In the 67-step coaching, the more you allow yourself to see, the more useful it is.

But, of course, you didn’t hear what I said… So you have all kinds of excuses why you can’t do it, why you are not the right person for the program.

It looks, sometimes, as laziness. But it is always lack of awareness… like in the case of this student:

If you haven’t been feeling well… if your water is losing its coherence…

solar storm effecting the earthIf you haven’t been feeling well… if your water is losing its coherence…

Here is another example of the limited perspective of the human mind…

I have never really thought of solar storms, solar flares, as effecting humans…

But, it seems, that we have been effected to that phenomenon, us, Earthlings, and it effects our water-filled bodies, and of course our drinking water.

I won’t last forever, so just hang in there.

Hang in there… I am doing the same.

Read the original article: If you haven’t been feeling well… if your water is losing its coherence…

How free are you?

When you reach a certain level of freedom inside your machine, you have the presence of mind to pay attention to a lot more than now.

And I am in a growth spurt… a lot more of MY machine, and THE machine got distinguished in the last few days, due to workshops and private conversations. I went from 50% free to 70% free in these few days.

So yesterday I saw something I have never been able to see… not that I wanted to… it was something I didn’t know that I didn’t know. Continue reading

There are a few health related findings that I have been holding really close to my vest.

The reality of weight loss for most people. This is what I escaped with what I am sharing in this article

Here are a few health related findings that I have been holding really close to my vest.

Why? Because I am a little scared to make them public.

Some have to do with my “suddenly” flat belly at age 70. Flawless, not wrinkled, flat. WTF, eh? Especially given that I dropped 44 lbs in the past two years.

And I don’t go to the gym. And all that…

That was actually my goal…

I have seen people who dropped a lot of weight, and their skin remained the same size… Not pretty, so I didn’t want that.

So, what did I do? Continue reading

What will you think next, Sophie? You want to Bribe me?

What will you think next, Sophie? Bribe me?

Yeah…

Here is the bribe you are complaining about:

if you friend me on Facebook, I’ll give you a bribe…Something you normally have to pay for…

What bribe is worth friending me for? You tell me! What would be valuable enough for you? Comment or email…

Now, let me tell you why I’d like you to friend me:

I want to expand my circle of influence. I’d like to be able to offer my teaching to more people. And Facebook, even though I hate it, seems like a good place. Maybe… needs to be tested.

So when you become friends with me, your friends will read about it…
When you become friends with me, you may have to see my posts…

So if you don’t like me, if you violently disagree with my teachings, don’t friend me. Not for anything. It’s an integrity issue… so please don’t do it.

But if you think that maybe I am onto something… then yes, please friend me.

The secret of any bribe is this: it has to be the tiny push someone needs to do what they already want to do.

Not the only push…

What I learned about myself in the Money Attitude Workshop or how come you are always the sucker in the room?

beware! he will make you a suckerIt’s time for a change… for me… and for you… All the pictures show the suckers’ game… not what I teach. What I teach doesn’t have pictures on the web… because it is new, and because it’s not a suckers’ game.

It’s time to become the master, not the slave, it is time to stop being the sucker in the room… ((This expression “the sucker in the room” is form the 67 steps program… here is what the summary has to say about that step:

STEP 36 – THE SUCKER IN THE ROOM & THE LOLLAPALOOZA EFFECT

The nature of life is competitive, this isn’t necessarily negative… it’s just how it is.

You are the only person that truly has your best interest in mind. You must remember this as now you’re aware of cognitive bias and can use them to your advantage you must remember that at the same time others are trying to make your fall victim to cognitive biases, whether this be to help them or for their financial gain.

“if I don’t love me who will?”

“if you don’t know who the sucker in the room is you are the sucker.”

Charlie Munger, the billionaire, coined the lolapolooza effect – this is the combination of multiple biases combining into a force too strong for the majority of us to resist, regardless of how strong our willpower may be.

An auction is the perfect example of the lolapolooza effect, as it incorporates the following biases:

  • Scarcity bias (there’s only one item and a limited amount of time to bid/buy it)
  • Social proof bias (there’s other people there interested in purchasing and bidding on the same items as you)
  • Authority bias (the auctioneer is physically positioned higher than you and is seen as an authority)
  • Reward bias (the ‘feel good’ moment and dopamine release upon ‘winning’ regardless of whether this comes as a result of paying above market value)

In yesterday’s money attitude workshop I worked with nine people on finding out what is their attitude, and looking what new attitude they can create, grow, and make natural would make their money issues disappear.

In this post I am going to publicly examine my own attitude that leads to a whole less money than one would think the amount work I invest should make.

Are The Voices subliminal? Talking to your other than conscious brain?

Remember that episode in the Columbo series where he is in the movie theater and suddenly everyone wants to get a coke… and that is what helps him catch the killer?

That was the time when scientists discovered that the brain can see stuff that you cannot consciously see and act on it. Subliminal, I think, they called it.

The Voices, The Dark Side mostly uses subliminal techniques on you. More of that a little later, but first let me share with you a principle of mine:

If there is a memorable idea, a memorable teaching in a book, a movie, a conversation, something that I’ll use decades later, then it was worth reading, it was worth watching.

That is an attitude vastly different from the attitude in vogue: where you are digging, searching for the memorable.

Caterpillars don’t become butterflies

I clicked the publish button by mistake… Which means I’ll add my notes to this article as soon as I can and republish it.

But my notes are going to be very disappointing for many… because this article and what is says is 60% truth value… and applies directly to humans, not only to butterflies and caterpillars.

It, in essence, says that in order to go on a higher plane of existence (butterfly) you need to die your current one first.

And this is what it’s all about… How to die your current existence, and take NOTHING from it to the higher plane.

In my upcoming Money course… no name yet, but I am

Caterpillars Don’t Become Butterflies!

10298900_10203759279603307_7085417779304645126_nDid you know that caterpillars are not “transformed” into butterflies? In metamorphosis (the name of the process), a caterpillar is liquefied—nothing remains of its old nature. Only after the creature’s death can an entirely new creation, a butterfly, emerge!

But most people’s image of the process is more like Eric Carle’s classic children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, in which the little caterpillar “makes a cocoon around himself the-very-hungry-caterpillar-480x270and goes to sleep, only to wake up a few weeks later wonderfully transformed into a butterfly!” (amazon.com)

The Very Dead Caterpillar would probably have sold fewer copies. But it would have been more accurate.

When I was a kid, I used to love going to La Mirada Creek and catching those pudgy little pre-frogs we called pollywogs (you may have called them tadpoles–I forgive you). AWAM072505_40I would bring them home and dump them into a tub, and then watch with fascination as they shed their tails, sprouted legs, and crawled out like showroom models: “The new Frog!” Now that is transformation (“change of form”) and it’s majorly cool. But it’s not what a caterpillar does.

A caterpillar dies.

After building its own coffin (cocoon), the caterpillar seals itself inside—and dissolves. And then, in a process only vaguely understood by scientists, that stew of free-floating genetic material undergoes a complete metamorphosis (“change of nature”). egyptian-red-lentil-soup

In other words, butterflies are not souped-up caterpillars, they’re entirely new creations made from caterpillar soup!

Not surprisingly, caterpillars and butterflies are used as spiritual symbols in virtually every country on earth. But because the real process is so radical and so little understood, they’re nearly always represented as symbols of transformation, rather than metamorphosis. To be fair, many religious teachings do help people become better caterpillars.

But that’s not enough.metamorph

According to Jesus, God doesn’t want souped-up caterpillars, he wants butterflies. He wants us to die to ourselves (Luke 9:23-24) and become completely “new creations” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Just like caterpillars do.

The Apostle Paul (in the Greek language of Romans 12:1 and 2) describes the process of metamorphosis like this:

Present your bodies as a living sacrifice (build your cocoon and get in!), holy (‘set apart’), acceptable to God (nothing short of metamorphosis can accomplish this)… Don’t be conformed by (don’t take on the ‘shape’ of) this world (or ‘age’ or ‘era’), but (instead) be metamorphosed (changed in your very nature) by the renewing (‘regenerating’ or ‘re-growing”) of your mind (the Greek word for mind is psuche—the same as the Greek word for butterfly!) so that you may be discerning (only by being metamorphosed can you know) what is the will of God (as opposed to the will of a dark, fallen world), what is good, well-pleasing, and perfect (‘complete’ or ‘whole’—in contrast to the incompleteness and brokenness of this world).”

Viceroy_ButterflyCaterpillars and butterflies are the world’s most popular symbol of transformation. But they’re also a far more powerful and challenging metaphor than most people realize.

It’s the end of one year and the beginning of another. What better time to start over, not just as “the New You!” but as a completely new creation!

Are you ready to start work on that cocoon?

The invisible components of success: two case studies. A must read…

You cannot talk butterfly language… unless… Also: Lies by omission, lies by commission… are you a liar?

Last night I was reminded how my nights used to be before I discovered Source energies. Hellish…

I am reading a book from someone, I still haven’t decided if I want to name that someone… or not.

Why? Because I am irate… so angry and envious… I am afraid to let it all out…

But I have to start releasing this tension somehow. ((I continued this conversation with my Sunday morning buddy… if you want to hear the conversation, and how he transformed as a result of our calls, here is a link to buy the call

OK, here you have it, an insight that will make me sound condescending… and it is, if we consider the height of the vantage point, is descending, I am not sure about the con… ((Condescending is a how… look DOWN in a particular way. Here is what the dictionary says:

Condescending: having or showing a feeling of patronizing superiority.
“she thought the teachers were arrogant and condescending”
synonyms: patronizing, supercilious, superior, snobbish, snobby, disdainful, lofty, haughty; smug, conceited;
informal: snooty, stuck-up
“she looked us up and down in a condescending manner”

So it looks at the how from the point of view of the Precious (Delusional) “I”. The one that is unwilling to look up. The one that can only see “three inches” above its eye level… so it never really sees anyone too high, anyone with anything it doesn’t have.

OK, rant 1 is done… lol. [/note]))

OK, back to this dude… Continue reading

Respect the machine…

respect the machineRespect the machine… [note]What does it mean “respect the machine”?

A 67 step coaching student asks:

A question. The machine wants instant gratification or think that it’s being used by others and why should I give them everything. What I am pondering about is how I should give the machine what it wants while I do things differently. Like giving my best.

And it’s very tricky to see things with the voice that tells me that no, it’s not your fault, you are not like that, blaming on other stuff instead.

It’s funny I’ve been hearing a lot of voices lately and recognizing them as voices and I could start hearing a voices saying in Swedish something like; “What are you going to do. Stop living?”.

And my answer… I hope it makes sense:

I just realized that you think the word “respect” means: obey, cater to, please it… the way my mother meant it.

But respect means: look again. See it for what it is. In the case of the machine, the machine won’t go away. that is what you see when you look again. but obeying the machine, pleasing the machine is no way part of respect.

You need to please yourself. Inside the machine that doesn’t go away. You can’t do it unless you know how the machine works.

It’s like unless you know where the door is in your room, you cannot get out… respect the room. respect physical reality, and stop walking into the wall.

[/note]

Many of you will get unstuck reading, understanding, and making what I teach in this post instinctual.

Many topics give themselves better and easier to make an advice, a guidance, a new method of doing things instinctual.

I envy the teachers of those “things”… My favorite teacher, ever, is Robert Plank because of his “how”. I make a point of taking all the classes he teaches, because I can see the path: how what he teaches will be made instinctual.

And try I might, I haven’t been able to duplicate it in my courses.

World view, attitudes, how to read, creating context, etc. seem to be not quite demonstrable, and not that easy to tell people what to do exactly to make them instinctual.

Instinctual means you can do it like you can breathe…

I have managed with a few things myself, but quite a few things: I still have to see, suffer, and do…

Everything in what I teach has to go past the hearing and the understanding level. Because the distance between those levels and actually applying them, instinctually, is like crossing the Grand Canyon… not very likely.

Even a little practice can go a long way… maybe half-way? Continue reading
