- The need to fulfill others’ expectations of us, and
- the need to fulfill our own expectations of ourselves.
According to my observations, most of us confuse the two, collapse the two. We do not have any expectations of ourselves to become a millionaire, a billionaire, a president, or even pretty, or have six-pack a
