I have been working longer hours than usual, listening to recorded courses of mine, and listening to more than 10 hours of Partner calls a week.
Increasing the intensity and listening to older, already forgotten courses has done me good: I am seeing some questions I haven’t been asking.
How many predatory genes you have. How much energy you have to do the work to go to the next level. Is the machine stronger than your desire to be free? Well? Productive? Happy?
The human culture pulls toward self-righteous attitudes, where people have an illusion that life should go their way. That other people should conform to their requirements.
Greed: Impatience, Hurry, Wanting, Forcing, Craving, Pursuing, Fighting For. Even What You Call “Loving” Is Greed. Sorry to burst your bubble…
And all resistance in the chest, in the pit of the stomach and in the shoulders… whatever the reasoning.
What is the opposite of greed?
I mean, if you knew that anything with any element of greed in it works to your detriment: it makes you miserable, and it repels what you are greedy for… You would get curious what is the opposite of greed, wouldn’t you?
Talk about double punishment!
Empathically (feeling your feelings) looking: greed is a tightening. The shoulders try to get closer to each other and want to meet in the middle. Why? I am
I still wear the same strength of glasses I first received at age 9… and I am 71 years old.
What’s the secret? Almost all women I know have had cataract removed, macular degeneration, and can’t read without glasses. I read without glasses…
But recently I have been having difficulty seeing.
This has happened before, and Dr. Christopher’s eye formula, of which I made a few gallons(!) a few years ago, to the rescue.
It has five herbs, among them Cayenne Pepper, is a powerful eye detoxifyer.
Originally it is supposed to be an eye-wash, but I am not built to tolerate that… so I take it internally, in water. It starts working after 3 days. I know because in the morning my eyes are glued together… the stuff that comes out
In nature when a mother has a litter, there may be one or two that will not grow up to be adults… because there is just not enough tits, food, energy is left for them.
That is life.
Nature doesn’t like to waste energy… Humans do.
Humans invented morality and the right to live, regardless whether it makes sense or not, so we have an upside down world, where we live in a should world. The selfish gene is not happy…
One of the things that make one the runt of the litter is not enough Life-Force… Life Force, at least partially, is expressed in the number of predatory genes, where you would push away another puppy from the food, so you can eat more.
I get emails wanting solutions to the writer’s problems. Problems that are part of a system… but the writers, and I bet you! hope the problem can be eliminated by a simple advice in an email or an article.
No one gets the iceberg metaphor, even though I explain it over and over again.
Why don’t you get it? Because what is not visible is not visible… And to see what is yet invisible to you, you need to learn to recognize it… But no sane person would want to waste time learning something that isn’t… how do you know there is an invisible? Because I said it?
Why mention it? Because feeling good about myself is not as frequent as one would think… I could say: I felt better about myself than normal.
Feeling good about yourself is the basis of self-love… that being at home feeling we all crave, but most of us have no idea how to get.
It was, that craving, expressed yesterday by the participants of my workshop [note]I occasionally run this workshop, for free, no agenda, just to provide something that even in my best and most intense courses I cannot give: a free coaching session [/note] to ferret out the issues of the self and brainstorm about a direction that could pull you out of the issue.
Inspiration… what is it and why do you want to have it?
Inspiration, breathing life into inert or unconscious matter… is the difference between a machine and a Man…
An inspired action, an inspired life, an inspired person is vastly different from most people, actions, lives on the planet in that what guides those is what is beyond the 10% reality, and beyond the emotional dramatic interpretation and meaning based lives humans live nowadays. [note]the numbers, the scores I measure this with in the Starting Point Measurements are the questions:
25. How inspired can you become? And what level are you now

26. To what degree you honor your emotions as reality? I am not say
There is a hidden monkey wrench in the title. Emotions are neither negative nor positive, but let’s just forget that for a moment.
Depending on the answer to that question, you are either a happy, well-adjusted person, or a wretch.
Wow, Sophie, isn’t that an exaggeration? The answer to just one question?
I understand your outrage, but yes. The answer to just one question will tell me what kind of person you are. As far as everything… by the way.
I used to be a person you didn’t want around. I came from an abusive background, and spread it to others in spades. Misery loves company… lol not funny. [note]

What do you do, where do you go, when life seems to tell you that you are not enough? When you feel you are pushed into overwhelm [note]overwhelm: bury or drown beneath a huge mass…. defeat completely.[/note]
When your precious “I” gets threatened?
When you get a glimpse that you are, in fact, not the knight in shining armor…
I think I am becoming more empathic. I think I am becoming more sensitive to your unhappiness. Maybe even more compassionate?
Compassion is seeing where you are at, seeing that I’ve been there before, and offering a helping hand to help you get through it. [note]The dictionary says something that is pity,
